Students hack their way to runner-up performance in local Capture the Flag competition
The UC Lions Cybersecurity Club, a team of four students each selected for their different skills in computer security, used all the tools at their disposal for eight hours to finish as the runner-up team in the Rocky Mountain Symposium Capture the Flag cybersecurity competition. (More)
Bloom receives NSF grant to develop car cybersecurity systems
Gedeare Bloom received a $20,620 grant award for “CPS: Breakthrough: Collaborative Research: Track and Fallback: Intrusion Detection to Counteract Carjack Hacks with Fail-Operational Feedback.” The award was provided by the National Science Foundation. (More)
