The Staff Association went into the jungle in its annual spring luncheon May 23 in the Gallogly Events Center.

With the theme “Safari Party,” offices and departments dressed as guides, movie characters and animals to compete for prizes. The Dean of Students office won the best group costume

The Staff Association also presented service awards to 84 employees who had reached five-year milestones at UCCS based on the July 1 fiscal year. Rob Garvie, associate director of operations for the Office of Information Technology, was recognized with the longest service award with a 35-year career at UCCS.
