UCCS names new Theatreworks managing director
Bill Prenevost, a Kansas City, Mo.-based arts management consultant is the new managing director of Theatreworks. He was named to the newly created position June 24.

Dean of Kraemer Family Library selected
Martin Garnar, currently reference services librarian and professor at Dayton Memorial Library Regis University in Denver, was selected as dean of the UCCS Kraemer Family Library following a national search. (More)
New University Center director hired
Chad Garland, currently associate director of the Armstrong Center at Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, was selected as director of the University Center following a national search. His appointment was announced by Drew Martorella, executive director, UCCS Presents. Garland will begin July 13. (More)

Deborah O’Connor, the former manager of University of Colorado Health’s compliance oversight, is the first UCCS campus compliance director and patient privacy officer. (More)
Athletics names new softball coach
Steve Kirkham, director, Athletic Department, announced June 26 the appointment of Ricki Rothbauer who will begin as head women’s softball coach after a season at Northwestern Oklahoma State University. (More)
Wienholtz promoted to director
Sabrina Wienholtz, assistant director, Department of Student Life and Leadership, was recently promoted to a newly created position as director of student clubs, organizations and leadership in the Department of Student Life and Leadership. (More)
