UCCS students who complete the National College Health Assessment survey before March 20 can have a chance to win an Apple Watch, Yeti cooler or up to $200 in gift cards to campus and local retailers. The survey was sent March 3 to university student email addresses.

The NCHA survey is administered through the American College Health Association. Overall group-level data is used to guide university decisions for student health needs. The survey will take approximately 20-30 minutes, and students should be prepared to provide honest feedback on their own habits, behaviors and perceptions.

Each of the CU campuses are participating in the survey this spring. The responses from across the system will also be used to guide overall decisions that can support each campus need.

Students who complete the survey will be entered to win a variety of prizes donated by the Recreation and Wellness Center, UCCS Bookstore, Dining and Hospitality Services, the Dean of Students and a grant from the Colorado Coalition of Alcohol and Drug Educators:

  • Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular)
  • 50″ LED Smart TV with Roku
  • Beats by Dre Solo3 Wireless Headphones
  • Yeti Roadie 20 Cooler
  • Fitbit Charge 3
  • Amazon Echo
  • Up to $200 in Gift Cards from Visa, Target, King Soopers, the UCCS Bookstore, Sanatorium Grounds Coffee, Campus Recreation, Panera Bread, Chipotle, and Starbucks
