Josh Dunn, professor and chair of political science, published an article titled “Supreme Court Partially Junks a Lemon: American Legion Cross Case May Make It Harder to Sue Schools over Religion” in the winter 2020 edition of Education Next.

The article is an analysis of the 2019 Supreme Court case American Legion v. American Humanist Association as it relates to the Lemon Test developed in the 1971 case Lemon V. Kurtzman.
