The UCCS Alumni and Friends Association is offering a new, free email marketing tool to campus units in an effort to improve communication with graduates.
Using this new tool, departments will be able to access email addresses for alumni and segment them in a variety of ways to maximize e-communication effectiveness. University Advancement designed visually-appealing HTML templates that will allow departments to reach graduates in a professional manner and assess the effectiveness of message without committing excessive time and resources, according to Jennifer Hane, director, Alumni and Friends Association.
The department will provide training and help departments develop a robust alumni outreach strategy. One hour Information sessions are scheduled for

- 10 a.m. July 20, Main Hall 402 Conference Room
- 10 a.m. Aug. 10, Main Hall 402 Conference Room
