Fenell joins ROTC Hall of Fame

Portrait of David FenellDavid Fenell, interim dean, College of Education, was inducted into Oklahoma State University’s ROTC Hall of Fame prior to the university’s officer commissioning ceremonies May 6 in Stillwater, Okla.

After 26 years of military service, Fenell retired last year from the U.S. Army as a colonel in the Medical Services Corps. His military record included combat tours in Afghanistan and Iraq where he earned Bronze Star Medals for each tour.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in physiology from Oklahoma State University in 1968.
