Thursday morning brought a chill as faculty, staff and students recognized America’s veterans with a formal presentation of U.S., Colorado and POW-MIA flags by the UCCS ROTC unit. They also heard a powerful rendition of the national anthem by Adam Blancas, a UCCS senior.
