“We are honored to receive the ‘Best for Vets’ designation, a testament to our commitment to serving our students who have unselfishly served our country,” said Crista Hill, Director of Veteran and Military Affairs. This recognition reflects UCCS’ dedication to providing student veterans with the resources and support they need to reach their educational goals. We are proud to continue fostering a culture of service and respect for those who have served.”
Military Times assesses colleges by “services available to veterans and practical information that will help veterans make important decisions about their career planning and how to use the education benefits they earned through military service” and by quantitative analysis of success metrics, resources, financials, admissions, human resources and record keeping.
