While the construction of the Anschutz Engineering Center (AEC) is nearing completion, due to the recent weather the timeline has been slightly delayed.
The cooler temperatures meant that final touches, such as concrete sidewalks, could not be completed in time for the originally slated Jan. 16 opening. The ribbon-cutting event originally scheduled for Jan. 16 has also been postponed to a later date in the spring semester.
Fortunately, the College of Engineering and Applied Science Dean’s Office and the Registrar have already ensured the classes scheduled to be held in the AEC will be offered elsewhere temporarily. Student schedules should have the correct locations for the start of their classes, which will move to the AEC when construction is complete.
