Join the dining team on Tuesday, February 21 at Roaring Fork from 5-7 p.m. for a Madi Gras celebration! They’ll be offering authentic New Orleans cuisine, including a crawfish boil, gumbo and king cake.
“Celebrating cultures through food is one way the UCCS community can experience and appreciate cultures outside our doorstep,” said Polly Knutson, Assistant Director of Dining and Hospitality Services. “Mardi Gras at The Roaring Fork is a great way to give UCCS students an experience rich in food history and cultural history.”
The event is also offering prizes and a live jazz band. The cost is $9.25 per person or a meal swipe and includes an all-you-care-to-eat buffet, dessert and drinks. Guest swipes are accepted for those who have them with their meal plans. Roaring Fork accepts credit cards, Clyde’s Cash and Flex Dollars.
