The UCCS Staff Association announced Thursday that the College of Business is offering one complimentary seat for a UCCS staff member in this year’s UCCS Mini-MBA program.
The Mini-MBA program is a fast-track to career advancement. Beginning in September, participants will learn business concepts including:
- Value Creation
- Operations & Process Improvement
- Finance, Accounting & Metrics
Participants will also complete a capstone project to apply their knowledge to a real-world scenario.
Sessions are held on a weekly basis (Tuesdays from 5:30-8:30 p.m.), meeting once per week for 13 weeks. The capstone project implementation timeframe is Dec. 14, 2021-March 8, 2022. The program will culminate with a final event and project presentation on March 8, 2022.
Tuition for the program is normally $5,000.
