The voting service and polling center will be located in the Dusty Loo Bon Vivant Theater at the Ent Center for the Arts. Voters can enter through the main entrance on the east side of the Ent Center. Parking is free in lot 576 to the east and in lots 571 and 572 to the south.

Mail-in ballot drop-off locations

Voters can mail in their ballots, drop them off at the voting service and polling centers, or use one of 37 secure drop-off boxes, including one near the southwest entrance to the University Center. During the 2019 general election, it was the most popular drop-off location in the county.

Election resources

Colorado citizens are among the most engaged voters in the country, with a turnout rate of 72.1 percent in the 2016 general election. Both the El Paso County Clerk and Recorders Office and the Colorado Secretary of State provide in-depth resources for voters on how to participate in the election process.
