David Anderson, associate professor, Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, is the latest UCCS faculty or staff member to be featured in the university’s Be Colorado health and wellness program.
Anderson joins Andrew Calvo, electronics specialist, Facilities Maintenance, CU-Boulder, and Michalene Wolff, charge nurse, University Hospital, in extolling the virtues of a healthy lifestyle and the benefits of living in Colorado. Anderson talks about his outdoor activities including scaling Colorado’s fourteeners and the privilege of “being able to behave 20 years younger than my age.”
The video is all part of an effort to encourage faculty and staff to actively work to improve their physical, mental and financial health.
