Display case for part two of the History of the Library at UCCSThe Kraemer Family Library is featuring an exhibit of its history since 1996, when the UCCS library gained its official name.

The second half of a two-part presentation, the newest display focuses on developments in the library since it was named. University officials designated the building the Kraemer Family Library to honor former member of the CU Board of Regents and university benefactor Sandy Kraemer for his many contributions.

Construction of El Pomar Center containing the library began in 2001, heralding the growth of facilities and technology. The display of photographs and memorabilia from the past 15 years will be available for viewing through April.
