Business behind the magic to be shared

UCCS will be transformed into the magic kingdom while hosting the 2011 Disney’s Approach to Quality Service program March 18 at Berger Hall.

The event will be presented by the world renowned Disney Institute and begins at 7:30 a.m. and lasts until 4:30 p.m. Disney’s Approach to Quality Service plans to give attendees an insider’s look at the “business behind the magic.” The program will focus on how providing consistency to an organization can produce a healthy work environment for employees and exceed customers’ needs.
