Integrated Student Information System project positions campus for future.

Three milestones in a CU System-wide project to upgrade, replace and expand student information systems were recently reached. Updates will regularly appear in Communique.

Recent milestones include:

  • In early August, the project went live with admissions processing in Campus Solutions. All applications for Fall 2010 are now being entered and processed in the new system.
  • On Oct. 12, the ISIS project unveiled a new student recruitment portal which provides a personalized gateway for prospective students. Future students interested in UCCS will create an account in the portal and will apply for admission, apply for scholarships, and receive information personalized to their academic interests. The portal will be used by prospective freshmen, transfer and graduate students and is accessible at go.uccs.edu
  • On Oct. 12, the project went live with the course catalogue and course scheduling modules in ISIS. All courses and offering for fall 2010 forward are now maintained and scheduled in the new system.

Additional information about the project, is available online at metamorphosis.cu.edu. Questions about the project? Contact Steve Ellis, interim associate vice chancellor for student success and campus liaison, [email protected].
