Sandy Wurtele, professor, Department of Psychology, was recently recognized for her contributions to “Implementing child maltreatment prevention programmes: what the experts say,” a handbook published by the Centre for Public Health and the World Health Organization Collaborating Centre for Violence Prevention at Liverpool John Moores University, Liverpool, England.
