UCCS has an Adobe Enterprise license for Adobe services including Adobe Document Cloud and Acrobat Pro. Document Cloud and Acrobat are available free of charge, by request, to all faculty and staff.
Adobe Document Cloud with Sign and Acrobat Pro offer PDF and electronic signature solutions, allowing users to turn manual document processes into more efficient digital ones.
UCCS also offers Creative Cloud at a discounted rate of $80.00 per license (retail at $720 per year) for all faculty and staff.
Students are able to purchase a personal license from Adobe through our educational storefront at a discounted price of $95 (retail at $240 per year). The license is only valid from the date of purchase until June 30 of the current fiscal year.
For example, if you purchase a license in May, you will need to purchase a new license in July for the same amount, but if you buy the license on July 1, then you will retain access for the full year. Once a purchase has been made, please wait five business days for the license to be processed. Billing for this service is charged annually per fiscal year (7/1-6/30) to a department speedtype.
The Adobe Creative Cloud Suite empowers its users to think creatively and communicate expressively and incudes mulitple apps, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign and more, as well as Adobe Fonts, thousands of free assets in Adobe Stock, templates and more.
