Ent offers one-on-one sessions both in-person and virtually that provide personalized guidance on the following and more:
- Budgeting – create a plan for your spending and go over a cash flow analysis.
- Saving – build an emergency fund and establish long and short-term savings goals.
- Credit – start building your credit or assist you in rebuilding your credit.
- Debt repayment – discover strategies to help you pay down your debt more efficiently.
The mission of Ent Credit Union is to improve their members’ financial quality of life. In support of their mission, in 2022 they began offering free financial coaching services to members and non-members alike. Their coaches are Certified Credit Union Financial Counselors (CCUFCs) and are here to help with your unique financial situation.

What to expect when you start financial coaching with Ent Credit Union
Scheduling: Schedule a time with one of Ent’s Financial Coaches at an Ent Service Center near you. Each session is expected to be one hour long, although it may differ depending on your specific situation.
Documents: It is recommended that you bring in three months of financial statements so Ent’s Financial Coaches can get a better idea of your income, debts, expenses and assets. Ent’s Financial Coaches will reach out to you after you schedule your first session to let you know what documents they need.
Session: In the first session, Ent’s Financial Coaches will go over goal setting and walk through a budget analysis with you. In any following sessions, they’ll work with you to implement and monitor your new plan. You can also schedule a one-time session to review your credit score and credit report.
