The Office of Human Resources is excited to announce three new leadership training series: Leading Yourself, Focus on Supervision and Leading Others. These professional development opportunities have a little bit of something for everyone, regardless of where you are in your career.
This series of classes is in a hybrid format. Most classes are provided through LinkedIn Learning or Skillsoft. There is also one in-person class in the “Leading Yourself” and “Leading Others” series. Jerilyn Taylor from the Office of Human Resources will facilitate periodic “wrap up” sessions to review and expand on the course content, debrief the exercises found in the LinkedIn Learning classes, and set accountability goals to implement the lessons into everyday practice. These in-person sessions will also allow you to network and gain insights from your peers.
There is no charge to departments for these training courses. Learn more about each course and sign up below.
