As part of welcome back week activities, the Office of Student Activities reminded the campus community of the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. on Jan. 21, the first day of classes.
Students and others walking on campus near El Pomar Center were invited to share their own dreams as a reminder of King’s 1963 “I Have a Dream” speech from the steps of the Lincoln Memorial that called for an end to racism.
