In the wake of the mass shooting in Boulder, Colorado that left 10 people dead, including a Boulder Police Department officer, the University of Colorado System will come together in a moment of silence.
Students, faculty and staff on the UCCS campus are invited to participate in a moment of silence at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, March 29, to quietly reflect on the event and how it profoundly affects the community.
“My heart breaks for the victims, their families and all those who loved them. It breaks, too, for the impact on our CU Boulder family,” said Chancellor Reddy in a statement following the incident. “As the campus and surrounding community grieve, we send our deepest condolences and prayers.”
