After quickly pivoting to remote learning in the middle of the 2020 spring semester, UCCS returned to the scene this fall and welcomed new students and current students back to campus.
Today, Aug. 28, 2020, marks the end of the first week of classes and the second week since move-in. Students, staff and members of the Mountain Lion community are seen around campus following social distancing guidelines and wearing their masks to “Protect the Pride” and help keep the campus open.

Two students take advantage of the spacious Student Life lounge to get some work done. The lounge has a capacity limit and students will be required to scan in at the front desk to access the space.

The UC hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm.Students, parents and staff fill the walkway in between residence halls as they help incoming students move into their new home away from home.
