As part of the continuing construction on Austin Bluffs Parkway, the area between Stanton Road and Regent Circle will be reduced to one lane east and west bound beginning at 6 a.m. Oct. 12 through 6 a.m. Oct. 14 for construction of a waterline.
Austin Bluffs will return to two lanes east and west bound at 6 a.m. Oct. 14, according to representatives of Lawrence Construction, the project’s general contractor.
Additional updates include
• The westbound Austin Bluffs Parkway off-ramp to Union Blvd will continue to be reduced to one lane to accommodate construction of a new storm sewer until further notice.
• Eastbound Austin Bluffs Parkway will continue to be reduced from three lanes to two at American Drive for construction of a new right turn lane. The right turn lane onto American will continue to be closed. Traffic making right turns should follow the posted detour route to Morning Sun Avenue. All lanes will reopen to traffic at 5 p.m. October 25.
• Austin Bluffs Parkway at Barnes Road will continue to be reduced to one lane eastbound and two lanes westbound until 6 a.m. Oct. 14.
