On Friday, Oct. 26, Charles Busch will present his brand-new cabaret act at the Ent Center for the Arts.
An actor, writer and cabaret performer, Busch is the author and star of such plays as The Divine Sister, The Lady in Question, Red Scare on Sunset, and Vampire Lesbians of Sodom, one of the longest running plays in the history of off-Broadway productions. His original play The Tale of the Allergist’s Wife ran for 777 performances on Broadway, won the Outer Circle Critics’ John L. Gassner Award for playwriting, received a Tony nomination for Best Play and is the longest running Broadway comedy of the past 27 years.
Busch is known for his bold, eccentric style onstage. His brand-new cabaret performance Oct. 26 will, according to UCCS Presents, “encompass all the charm, wit, and bold theatricality of his legendary performances.”
Tickets are available for sale online through UCCS Presents.
