As part of the continuing construction on Austin Bluffs Parkway, lanes will be reduced beginning Aug. 21 and continuing through Sept. 6.
Workers from Lawrence Construction will reduce the westbound Austin Bluffs Parkway off-ramp to Union Boulevard to one lane from Aug. 21 to Sept. 6. Crews are installing a new storm sewer in the area.
Beginning Aug. 24 and continuing through Aug. 26, Austin Bluffs Parkway will be reduced to one lane in both directions east of Union Boulevard. Two lanes of traffic should resume by 6 a.m. Aug. 26. Crews are installing storm sewer in the area.
Beginning Aug. 21 and continuing through Sept. 6, eastbound Austin Bluffs Parkway will be reduced to two lanes at American Drive for construction of a new right turn lane.
“Motorists should expect delays and are strongly advised to use alternate routes during this planned work,” Tracee Jackson, public information manager, Lawrence Construction, said. “Posted signage, cones and flaggers will be present to help motorists safely navigate the area. Access to businesses and homes will be maintained at all times.”
