Graduating students can keep email account, but need to clear personal storage

For the more than 1,400 UCCS students completing their degrees this semester, their @uccs.edu email addresses will be theirs to keep. The Office of Information Technology provides the service to graduating alumni who may have used their UCCS account for job searches and other services.

Alumni will still need to reset their passwords once each year. Access is limited to email and the CU system portal. Access to VPN and lab systems are removed.

Graduates should consider removing any files they wish to keep from their Z drive and Microsoft Office OneDrive within the next few weeks. Their content will be available until June 16, 2019.
