The 2011 Supply Showcase, presented by the CU Procurement Service Center, comes to UCCS from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept. 21 at University Center’s Berger Hall, and features a copier show this year.
Sponsored by Staples, Xerox, and Dell, the Supplier Showcase provides an opportunity for suppliers to display and demonstrate new products, technology and services. It’s also an opportunity for UCCS faculty and staff to break from their usual routines to discover what’s new. The showcase also provides a time and place to meet with the suppliers that already do business with the university.
Along with the representatives from Staples, Xerox and Dell, a wide variety of other suppliers will attend. The PSC staff will be on hand to discuss travel, financial and sustainability topics as well as the CU M@rketplace. They urge visitors to bring their business cards.
This year’s showcase features a copier show demonstrating the latest Xerox and Konica-Minolta equipment. Refreshments and free office supply samples will be available as well as a chance to win door prizes.
