Vice chancellor search on hold

A search for the Vice Chancellor for Student Success and Enrollment Management will be suspended, Provost Peg Bacon announced this week.

Three finalists were selected and two completed campus visits. Of the finalists, two accepted positions at other universities and one withdrew, Bacon said.

“I compliment the efforts of the search committee members,” Bacon said. “We will resume the search at a later date and will continue to research interim solutions.”

The search was led by Venkat Reddy, dean, College of Business, and Kee Warner, associate vice chancellor, Academic Affairs.

The vice chancellor for student success position is currently held by Robert Wonnett who plans to retire this summer.
