Staff breakfast ushers in fall semester

About 200 faculty, staff and students attended the 37th Annual Fall Staff Breakfast on the University Center upper plaza Sept. 3. Chancellor Pamela Shockley-Zalabak welcomed all to the new semester and Stephanie Hanenberg, director, Student Health Center, shared the latest information regarding the H1N1 and seasonal flu viruses Professional Exempt Staff Association President Jennifer Hane of University Advancement introduced the PESA executive board and Staff Council President Tish Fleener of Chemistry presented the Staff Council executive board. Carol Quillin and Cora Mosely of the Family Development Center brought children from the center to tell about the organic harvest garden the children planted.
