Campus offers kid-friendly early Halloween festivities

Kid’s carnival games will be featured at this year’s BooZar scheduled for Oct. 30.

Local children and families can get an early start on Halloween with a pair of free campus events  Oct. 30.

Trick-or-treating, sponsored by Residence Life and Housing, will take place from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Families will meet at the Kettle Creek Conference Room within the Roaring Fork Dining Hall before guided trips through the halls in the Village at Alpine Valley. Complimentary parking will be available on level five of the Alpine Garage.

The BOOzar, sponsored by the Athletic Department, will be from 6-8 p.m., in the Gallogly Events Center. Clyde and UCCS student-athletes will be dressed in costume and conduct themed carnival-style games and activities. Free parking will be available on level four of the Gateway Garage.

Shuttle services will be available between the events and each parking garage
