Photo feature: Geranium giveaway

Faculty, staff and students braved rain and cool weather Friday morning to pick flowers at the annual geranium giveaway.

Each year, staff in the Physical Plant Department’s outdoor services remove geraniums from campus flower beds before they perish in the colder fall months. Campus community members who brought pots or grocery bags were encouraged to take multiple plants. Dozens of plants are now safely indoors.
