Student Success taps three for new duties

Three Division of Student Success staff members have assumed additional duties.

Homer Wesley, vice chancellor, Student Success and Enrollment Management, announced new duties for the following staff members.

• Brett Fugate, academic advisor, Student Success, will serve as interim director of advisement.
• Chris DuVal, manager of degree audit and transfer credit, Student Success, will serve as interim director of degree audit.
• Carol Kumm, orientation coordinator, Student Success, will serve as interim director of orientation.

The additional duties follow the transfer of Greg Augspurger, director of advising and orientation, to the College of Business where he will be an instructor.

“Each of these individuals has considerable experience in their respective areas,” Wesley said. “I appreciate their willingness to take on additional responsibilities and have confidence in their abilities to oversee these important campus operations.”

Wesley plans to evaluate duties and organizational structure throughout the fall semester.
