I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Allison for her incredible dedication and hard work this year. Since stepping into the Assistant Director-Accounting & Student Debt Management role, she has gone above and beyond, especially after our previous Director’s sudden resignation. Balancing her new responsibilities along with her previous duties during such a challenging time hasn’t been easy, but Allison handled it all with grace. We’re all grateful for everything you do, Allison. Your efforts do not go unnoticed. Thank you for being such a valuable part of our team!

To: Donna Bruder
From: Elizabeth Wyatt
Donna Bruder, Academic Outreach Specialist, reached out to me to see if I needed any assistance when it was noticed that I had completed a student application but had not yet taken necessary action in my portal to register for the class I wanted to take. I did! Donna quickly responded to all my questions and helped me navigate the online student system to ensure I was registered, ready for the class to begin, and understood how to access Canvas. I am so appreciative of Donna’s proactive customer service and strong student support. Thank you!
To: Heather Allen
From: Jevita R Rogers
Heather has been an incredible assist to the Enrollment Management and Student Affairs Division! She has had to deal with all the changes that the merging of the two divisions, which to say is a herculean effort is not an understatement. Heather has been able to keep that thriving, along with AF ROTC along with her regular job and always is a bright smile greeting you when you see her. Cannot thank her enough for all she has done and continues to do on a daily basis.
To: Jennifer Biga
From: Ellen Burkart
Jennifer Biga goes above and beyond to ensure the best customer care possible. I have had to reach out to her several times with questions about Student Employment and instead of saying “it’s on the website,” she patiently has walked me through the information that I have needed. I appreciate Jennifer’s patience, ability to listen and address questions accurately, and follow-up when needed. Thank you, Jennifer.

Jose is exceptional at his job and is an incredible asset to the team. His skills are a notch above the rest, as you can see with a brief visit to the National Cybersecurity Center. Beyond his job duties, he is always ready and willing to help in any area possible–whether it is heavy labor or simply a smiling face at the door, ready to give directions or a walk-through. Please give Jose a high-five or handshake and a thank you the next time you see him, it is the least this hardworking young man deserves. Keep up the excellent work, Jose!

To: Katrina Schwank
From: Wendi Clouse
Katrina has done an amazing job promoting our new student engagement platform called Nearpeer. With very little time to prepare, Katrina has been able to engage 1,347 students on the app, which resulted in an average 11 peer connections per adopter and over 14,000 connections in all. This is phenomenal student engagement work! I appreciate her dedication to the concept of “Belonging Before Arriving”.
