Huge kudos go to Rose Johnson for her incredible help with my research. Over the past year, Rose has coached me on hiring a student research assistant and supported my work in doing so, including handling paperwork for the student's hire and answering numerous questions along the way. She has also supported my gift card program to pay research participants, including answering compliance questions and handling purchases and record-keeping. As I have moved into new facets of research, Rose's expertise has been invaluable. Thank you, Rose, for your extensive help with my research over the past year!

Sierra has only recently joined the Mail and Shipping team and has already made a big impact on the operations and efficiency of the team. Most recently Sierra has made inroads with the Pitney Bowes system consolidating Speed Types starting this large undertaking to clean up the numerous Speed Types in that system to ensure that the team can charge appropriate parties. We are so happy to have Sierra as a part of our team.
