Thank you, AJ, for your kind and patient support of the English Department's financial management in March & April this year! I couldn't have gotten through without your knowledge and facility with the forms and processes. Thank you for your guidance, including sitting down with me and teaching me! Your efforts are thoroughly appreciated.

To: Angela Dodson

I want to publicly thank Angie for stepping in and working with the College of Education faculty for our 4 COE Accessibility Workshops. She accepted the invite with not much notice; her grace and expertise are appreciated. We all learned a lot from her demonstration of TidyUp and UDOIT. It was great to have her "over shoulders" helping if there was a question. Thank you so much Angie!

To: Brett McFarland

Recently here in Facilities, we have made a major investment in battery-operated tools to help move away from gas-powered tools, Brett has not only coordinated the vendor for demonstrations but has worked diligently to help us acquire the best-suited tools for the different trade groups' identifying each group's needs. As these tools have been received Brett has cataloged serial numbers and separated the different groups tools. Making a spreadsheet to verify the purchases and collect the necessary information to help catalog them for the Facilities Admin group. I can not say enough about how impactful Brett has been for the entire Facilities group, his investment of many hours over this process made purchasing for us an easy move and will help for the life of the tools with warranties and tracking.

To: Catherine Barrios
From: Jen Furda

Catherine helps manage the Handshake program that helps students find internships and job opportunities and it help employers find those students.  When I introduce Catherine to local employers who need help getting signed into Handshake she ALWAYS goes above and beyond and helps the employer feel welcomed and part of the UCCS student ecosystem of success!

Thank you for your incredible hard work and dedication in organizing the commencement ceremony. Your good energy and positive attitude make a huge difference, especially when facing new challenges. I deeply appreciate all you do to make this event a success, and I’m excited to see how the ceremony continues to evolve.

I locked myself out of my office and away from a phone. University Hall is empty, except for Grace. Grace stopped to help me get in to the office suite and made sure it wouldn't lock me out again. She was so kind and willing to help in anyway she could. I appreciate her!

Congratulations on completing your first month at UCCS! You've already surpassed our expectations with your hard work and dedication. We're thrilled to have you on the team and look forward to continuing to work together. Keep up the great work!

To: Kayla Gronseth Boyer

Kayla is a ROCK STAR!! She works so hard to make sure everyone has the tools they need to succeed and is always willing to help on projects. We recently had a complicated project, she took charge to solve a major part of it, and it worked out beautifully. I truly enjoy working with her and look forward to collaborating on future projects.

Kelsey is awesome! Just wanted to say how much I appreciate her outstanding work. She is such a pleasure to work with—always happy to help and excited to take on new projects. Her eagerness to learn and grow is truly inspiring and a huge asset to our team.

Thank you for helping with closing walkthroughs, you made the day go faster and easier! We're lucky to have you on our team :)

To: Molly Cammell
From: Member of COE

This individual has done a lot to create and facility the campus solutions that serve troubled youth weekly and offer credits to students through this program. She has been a primary reason for the success of this program and since she works alone, maybe people don't see what she does behind the scenes.

To: Tristan Ritter
From: Joe Dutton

Tristan has not only made a positive impact with our customers by completing work orders in a professional respectful and thoughtful way, he has also helped other facilities groups during times of being short staffed offering to assist and working with our team to coordinate scheduling. I have attached a recent email a customer havhad sent me regarding his work.

He went above and beyond when helping me find a lost package, and he made sure a time sensitive package made it to the right place on time. In doing so he also found three additional packages. Really grateful for the help that he provided.
