FDC students learn about Women’s History Month

Students from the Family Development Center (FDC) heard stories and did activities to celebrate Women’s History Month for their March Story Hour.

The FDC offers high quality, year-round education for children between one and five years old, with summer programs for elementary students. They offer a number of programs, including preschool options and early learning options.

Since 1995, March has been celebrated as Women’s History Month, recognizing the contributions women have made to the United States and the specific achievements women have made over the course of American history in a variety of fields.
