Among the 1,300 graduates who will celebrate earning their degrees during the spring 2024 UCCS Commencement ceremonies, six are UCCS employees or family.
Employees who will earn degrees as part of the spring class of 2024 include:
- Bridget Roberts, Scholarship Program Coordinator, Master of Social Work
- Melisa Rondomanski, Younger Preschool Lead Teacher, Bachelor of Arts in Inclusive Early Childhood Education
- Angello Soto, Admissions Counselor, Master of Arts in Leadership in Education
- Megan Wendling, Research Assistant at the Lyda Hill Institute for Human Resilience, Master of Arts in Psychology
Relatives earning degrees include:
- Sydney M. Bailey, daughter of Wendi Clouse, Chief Enrollment Strategist; earning a Bachelor of Arts in Visual and Performing Arts
- Kyle Owens, son of Kathy Prue-Owens, Assistant Professor in the Helen and Arthur E. Johnson Beth-El College of Nursing and Health Sciences; earning a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Environmental Studies
- Ryan Schulz, husband of Tessa Schulz, Customer Service Specialist in the Office of the Registrar; earning a Bachelor of Science in Business
- Rebekah Tonyan, wife of Joel Tonyan, Director of User Experience & Associate Professor; earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communication
