More than 1,000 participated in spring 2014 Commencement exercises May 23 at the Broadmoor World Arena.
The event featured comments by university dignitaries as well as Student Achievement Award recipients Chris Richey and Paige Wilson.
Lyda Hill, a local business woman and philanthropist, was presented with an honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters, CU’s highest honor and is awarded in recognition of outstanding contributions to society
