College of Education launches Doctoral Nomination Program

The College of Education has introduced a new initiative that celebrates and contributes to the future of educational leadership – the Doctoral Nomination Program for the Ph.D. program in Educational Leadership, Research, and Policy.

The program invites anyone to nominate individuals who they believe have the potential to excel in the Ph.D. program. All nominees will have the opportunity to preview a Ph.D. course, attend a dinner with the dean, and take advantage of a waiver for the application fee.

Nominations can be made online here. The questions include the nominee’s contact information, qualifications, and a brief statement explaining why you believe your nominee should be considered for the Ph.D. program in Educational Leadership, Research, and Policy.

“These nominations will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of education leaders,” said Sarah Long, Assistant Dean for the College of Education. “This program will have a positive impact on both the college and our future scholars.”
