Dean serves on customer service award jury

Teri Switzer, dean, Kraemer Family Library, served on the 2014 H.W. Wilson Library Staff Development jury of the American Library Association.

The jury recently selected the Martin County (Fla.) Library System to receive a grant to improve library customer service.

The grant will be awarded at the American Library Association Annual Conference scheduled for June in Las Vegas. Other judges included library leaders from San Diego State University, Western Kentucky University, Skokie (Ill.) Public Library, and the Greenwich (Conn.) Library.
