Eastbound Austin Bluffs Parkway between Meadow Lane and Mallow Road will be reduced to one-lane from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 8 as traffic patterns are changed to accommodate construction work.
When new pavement markings are completed, eastbound lanes between Meadow Lane and Stanton Road will shift to new pavement on the north side of the roadway. Westbound lanes will remain unchanged.
Managers at Lawrence Construction advise that traffic may be delayed for up to 10 minutes during the switch and that bad weather may delay the changes until March 9.
Other changes along Austin Bluffs include
- Left turns continue to be restricted westbound Austin Bluffs Parkway at Brenner Place.
- The right, westbound lane of Austin Bluffs Parkway between Brenner Place and Union Boulevard will be closed 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 8 as sound barriers are constructed.
