On June 24th, UCCS Alumni gathered at Weidner Field in downtown Colorado Springs for the UCCS Alumni and Friends Night Out at the Switchbacks event, where the Colorado Springs Switchbacks faced off against San Antonio FC.
As one of the first major in-person alumni events since the COVID-19 pandemic, the Switchbacks welcomed over 160 UCCS alumni and their family and friends to the game. Attendees who used the UCCS Alumni discount code to purchase their tickets received a free, limited-edition Switchbacks felt banner and a custom UCCS patch that commemorates the date of the event.
