Ken Montera was announced as the new CU Regent for the 5th Congressional District in a press conference held on the University of Colorado Colorado Springs campus on Monday, Dec. 20. Montera is a graduate of CU Boulder’s Leeds School of Business, where he studied marketing and international finance.
