Coming soon: An enhanced user experience via Salesforce Admissions Connect

As a university, we strive to build lifelong relationships and provide the best for our students and prospective students. As part of our plan to accomplish that, UCCS has implemented Salesforce to replace the Recruitment and Admissions (R&A) department’s current Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) platform to become more integrated, technologically advanced, and data driven. This R&A Salesforce initiative brings us closer to our 2030 Strategic Plan’s goal to integrate student service systems dedicated to recruiting, academic support, continuing enrollment and graduation services.

“The ultimate outcome for the R&A Salesforce implementation is to increase enrollment and reduce the gap from admission to orientation and create a smooth experience for the students as well as the staff supporting it,” said UCCS Chancellor Venkat Reddy. “This initiative aligns with our 2030 Strategic Plan to foster a community of learning, engagement and inclusive belonging to nurture growth and success of faculty, staff and students.”

Salesforce for R&A provides prospective students and staff with a more user-friendly and cohesive experience through the ability to personalize and customize communications and interactions, improved reporting capabilities, optimization of student data and automated workflows.

The development of a new Recruiting & Admission CRM platform is currently underway, and it will be going live on Sept. 20.
