Alex Yannacone, M.A., director of Education and Community Programs at the CU Anschutz-based center, will lead each workshop.

Promoting Mental Health and Resiliency, 2 – 3 p.m. Sept. 22
This hour-long workshop will show you how to identify and address mental health concerns associated with COVID-19. You will learn tips and tools to help promote mental wellness and reduce stress. The workshop will discuss resources and techniques to support yourself and others.
Stress Management, 2 – 3 p.m. Sept. 23
This interactive talk focuses on recognizing the function and method of stress, and teaches you the essential ways to reduce stress. During this training, you will learn practical tips and tools to manage stress and change unhealthy habits.
Self-Care Training, 2 – 3 p.m. Sept. 24
This interactive training introduces the importance of self-care as a basis for personal and professional success. You will walk away with an understanding of the necessity of self-care and the ability to identify improvement areas in your own self-care, and different techniques and habits to develop a well-balanced lifestyle.
