As part of the continuing construction on Austin Bluffs Parkway, the area between Stanton Road and Regent Circle will be reduced to one lane east and west bound 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 2.
During this time, Stanton Road will also be reduced to one lane with flaggers.
Additional updates include:
- Eastbound Austin Bluffs Parkway will continue to be reduced from three lanes to two at American Drive for construction of a new right turn lane. The right turn lane onto American will continue to be closed. Traffic making right turns should follow the posted detour route to Morning Sun Avenue. All lanes will reopen to traffic at 6 a.m. Nov. 13.
- From 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 2, the right through lane on westbound Austin Bluffs Parkway will be closed for pavement repairs. Two lanes westbound will still be provided for through traffic on Austin Bluffs Parkway. All westbound lanes will reopen to traffic at 5 p.m. Nov. 2.
- Left turns restrictions to or from Austin Bluffs Parkway will continue to be in place between Barnes Road and Oro Blanco Drive, until further notice. Motorists should expect delays and are strongly advised to use alternate routes during this planned work. Posted signage, cones and flaggers will be present to help motorists safely navigate the area. Access to businesses and homes will be maintained at all times.
