Photo feature: BYOP (bring your own pot) geranium harvest

With the threat of frost becoming more frequent in the Pikes Peak Region, staff in the Physical Plant Department’s outdoor services shared slices of summer with faculty, staff and students Wednesday morning.

Geraniums, which would have perished later this fall, were removed from campus flower beds and given to those who brought their own pots to work. Dozens of plants are now safely indoors.
