Car strikes Main Hall

Staff members in the offices of the Chancellor’s Leadership Class got a surprise about 10:20 a.m. Friday morning when an unidentified woman drove her late-model Nissan Altima into the northwest corner of Main Hall.

Damage was isolated to CLC offices and is non-structural in nature. Main Hall will remain open while repairs are made. All building systems such as elevators are working properly.

No faculty or staff were injured. The driver is being checked for injuries by the Colorado Springs Fire Department.
